Should the body-mind-soul principle also be applied to organizations, and if so, is it realistic to be a 'soulful' leader? 

On my part: a definite YES! In my opinion, it is even necessary to avoid frustration and achieve truly effective results. However, the willingness to evaluate each of these dimensions more closely is the crucial first step. 

A healthy 'body' implies robust organizational foundations, including financial stability, appropriate resource allocation, and efficient processes. 

A sound 'mind' encompasses the intellectual and creative capital of employees, their skills, and innovative capabilities. 

The 'soul' of an organization represents its values, culture, and purpose.
